J. Lee Glenn

Lee, based in the U.S., has had a 40 year architectural career centered on the design and delivery of large-scale public projects, with a specific focus on the aviation sector. As a Principal with design firms that specialize in aviation architecture, he has led teams through all phases of terminal redevelopment programs including procurement, planning, design competitions, architectural design, documentation and construction administration. These programs have included large hub airports such as DFW, ATL, SEA and SFO, as well as medium sized airports such as SLC and BNA and regional programs such as AVP. Lee has an intimate working knowledge of the factors influencing airport terminal design and development success including design leadership, design management, design review, communication strategies, team organization, non-aeronautical revenue, passenger experience, wayfinding and stakeholder engagement. Lee has worked with builders in multiple project delivery methods including CMAR (DFW), Design/Bid/Build (ATL, SEA), Design/Build (SFO) and Progressive Design/Build (BNA).
