William J. Dunlay (Bill), based in USA, has over 30 years’ experience in the provision of senior-level advice to governments, airports, airlines and ANSP’s in over 25 countries. He has global experience in leading multidisciplinary professional teams, mentoring and formulating and directing pragmatic outcomes in the fields of research, planning and development of national airports and airspace infrastructure. Bill has been honored by a number of his peers for research and academic achievements in advancing the science of airport planning and airfield/airspace design and operations.

Mohammed Al Katheeri

With a long career in aviation, Mohammed, based in the United Arab Emirates, has 26 years-experience as a leader with high level managerial skills in developing and implementing strategies and business plans. In 1992 he was the youngest full rated air traffic controller in UAE and later qualified as an ATC Supervisor. With many years-experience leading operations and quality control at Abu Dhabi International Airports he offers exceptional technical and managerial skills with proven capabilities in teams building, projects delivery and advisory roles. He has strong interpersonal multicultural communications skills and extensive international experience.  His recent experience includes planning and project managing private terminals and special events.

He holds an Executive Masters degree in Public Administration.
